Triton Crown project details

Phu My Hung has launched Triton Crown, a luxury apartment development comprising 297 units in Ho Chi Minh City. The project, which covers approximately 1.2 hectares, began sales in late September 2026. It is located in the Crescent Lake area, considered the core of Phu My Hung's central business district (CBD).

The site features four frontages on Tran Van Tra, Nguyen Khac Vien, Luther King, and Pham Thieu streets, making it one of the few remaining such plots in the area.

Design and target market

Triton Crown consists of two towers, 16 and 18 stories high, alongside 28 shophouses and four mixed residential and commercial units. The development focuses on affluent buyers, including entrepreneurs and senior corporate executives.

Its design, by Handel Architects, and the overall master plan, developed by U.S.-based consultancy SOM, integrate private residential spaces within the CBD. This approach aims to reflect Vietnamese lifestyles by maintaining urban activity while providing residents with quiet, private living environments.

Amenities and sustainability features

The project allocates around 1,200 square metres to private amenities, including health and wellness facilities such as a gym, yoga studios, a red-light therapy sauna, and a swimming pool. Social and work spaces feature a library, meeting rooms, and a golf simulator.

Triton Crown also prioritises sustainability, with both towers receiving EDGE preliminary certifications in July 2026. Tower A projects energy savings of 34.39%, water savings of 28%, and a 24.74% reduction in embodied carbon. Tower B shows similar projections at 29.46%, 29%, and 21.12% respectively.

Why it matters

Truong Quoc Hung, Vice President of Phu My Hung, described the location as “valuable and rare” due to limited residential land in the International Commercial and Financial District and Crescent Lake area. He anticipates increasing scarcity of housing supply in the CBD.

Investors may see Triton Crown as both a premium residence and a long-term asset, given its strategic location and planned upgrades. The wider locale is scheduled for new healthcare facilities, commercial developments, five-star hotels, and an art centre between 2026 and 2031, which could further enhance property values.
